We set up StoneleighFit for people seeking serious improvement in performance and lifestyle fitness. It is not your usual gym! The owners family has produced four generations of fitness professionals and has regularly coached international sportsmen. Health improvement and rehab is another strength


We are very well equipped in strength and functional fitness facilities. We have over 600 sq.m. of indoor space including changing rooms, showers, and a small lounge. All equipment and areas extremely accessible during off peak hours and not over crowded at peak times

Stoneleigh Barbell Club – 4 double sided (8 positions) York heavy duty power cages, 2 heavy duty squat racks, 4 dropping platforms for Olympic Lifting. Benches, Dumbbells, Glute Hamstring, cable machines, Leg press, Hack squat. Top quality York Olympic bars and a huge range of Bumper plates and ISO plates

Outdoor weightlifting and strong man training – direct access from the barbell club

METCON Metabolic conditioning – July 2017 we are installing a new 10 position METCON training zone with individual cages 3m square fully equipped. As good as it gets for metcon, super serious training for sportsmen

Functional Training Room – astro turf, gym rig, kettlebells, dumbbells, med balls, prowler sleds, resistance bands, punch bags, balance balls, fit balls, SAQ, light weight training, technique training, indoor obstacle training. In this room you will see first time lifefit trainers alongside performance sportsmen. Functional training is for everyone

YOGA takes place in the Functional Training Room. We have two Yoga instructors teaching a gentle form and a tougher form for those who demand more


RAM RIG– we use the METCON indoor rig with dozens of training options. Great for obstacle technique training

SWIMSPACE – endless pool with 4 cameras for the art real time swim technique instruction. Learn to swim, aquarobics, treadmill, re-hab. Swimspace is managed separately from the gym
