Few gyms can match Stoneleighfit for indoor training versatility but combine it with our outdoor possibilities and you have a very good chance to find exercises that will help your fitness, posture, balance, agility, core strength and help you fight old sports or work based injuries
We know because your AdultFit trainer is older than you and has had a wider range of serious sports injuries than most people, plus all the after effects such as arthritis
Most important of all – we know how important it is that you enjoy exercise and we will do everything we can to ensure we find those exercises for you
We are starting AdultFit classes Monday 4th September 9.30am – 10.30am and same time Wednesdays and Fridays. £8 for the week.
