We program intensity to suit your goal. You learn correct techniques and we are ready to help any time you want it. We have strength programs, muscular strength endurance programs preparing you for the intensity of metabolic conditioning for sportsmen and lifestyle training.

6 Monthly Membership: Pay for 5 months upfront and get the 6th free (prices as above x 5)
Injured, ill or away for a month? Your period will be automatically extended
Pay as You Go: We charge a single session fee of £7 for gym use and members circuits
Members Circuits are for Whole body fitness
Earlybird – 7.30am – 8.30am Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday
Lunchtime – every weekday at 12.30pm (45mins)
Evenings – Mon/Tues/Wed/Thursday – 5.30pm – 6.30pm
(Tuesdays are OCR/Bootcamp sessions 5.30 -7pm indoor and outdoors)
Mon-Fri 7.30am (EarlyBird members 6am entry) – 8:00pm (last entry 7pm)
Saturday 8.30am – 12.30pm
